Lych In App Help & Support Section

The Help & Support Section is designed to provide users with easy access to assistance and resources related to the use of the platform. This feature includes a direct contact method inside the user dashboard. The section is tailored to ensure users can submit complaints, comments, inquiries, and even feature requests!

Our support team will reply to queries immediately and resolve them in a single workday. We are happy to serve you better whenever we can!

  • Restricted normal users from deleting the shop owner.

  • Removed ability to self-destruct account. A proper flow will be included in the very much anticipated Settings section.

  • Show available storages for each chosen respective product color when making a sale in the sales page. Previously, all storages available were shown not considering that not all storages were available for every color in the inventory.
